Valuing sales experiences and people connections, Steve pursued his real estate license while still in college. Upon graduation, Steve spent some years in Washington, DC to learn and earn his "homeowner first" reputation. He has successfully carried his "homeowner first" reputation into the digital age, tapping into the social media marketing to connect his friends, clients, his business, and his relationships. Steve has over 15 years of experience in cultivating client dream homes into reality and owes much of his life balance to his wife of 22 years, Ann, and their two wonderful sons, Luke and Blake. When he is not body boarding and chasing waves around Coastal Delaware, Steve and his family can be found skiing and golfing their way across the Untied States. Steve currently sits on the Foundation Board of the Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin, Maryland and provides countless hours supporting local charities, such as The Justin Jennings Foundation.

A school teacher in a previous life, Krisite has a passion for connecting with people and helping them to work toward their goals and dreams. She believes that no one understands the value of helping others like teachers and no one teaches the value of homeownership like realtors. Employing the same skills as teaching, Kristie knows that the first step in reaching clients is through building trust and relationships. Kristie has X years working with future homeowners to help them fulfill their dreams. When she is not helping clients, she enjoys yoga, spending time at the beach looking for sea glass, reading, and gardening. Kristie is a mother of three children, and values her family time with her husband and children.
